Today I would like to share one of my favourite dishes, miso green onions pork. I make this dish at least once a week as it is very easy, fast and tastes absolutely divine. It is healthy as well!
That is right . I make this dish at least once a week and I can't get enough of it. Especially on a very busy day, when cooking is the last thing on my mind but I want to eat something nutritious. This miso green onions pork never disappoints.
As I mentioned above this dish is very easy and fast to make. There are only couple of straightforward steps. You need to fry minced pork, add spices, miso, peas, sesame seeds, green onions and fry it until done. This is all.
TIPS:
The flavour is absolutely fantastic. The salty miso, sweet oyster sauce, sesame seeds and sesame oil, create the irresistible umami flavour. A generous amount of green peas adds sweetness and green onions add sharpness. All flavours are balanced beautifully.
This dish tastes the best when it is served hot. I serve it with rice or noodles with a little bit if sesame oil. Simple and fresh.
This amazing dish is ready in under 30 minutes and is bursting with miso and green onions flavour. It is loaded with vitamins, protein and minerals.
