I have shared many different salad recipes on my blog, for example citrus burrata salad with poppy honey dressing , burrata tomato corn salad with Serrano ham or this lovely apple fig and feta salad with honey walnuts. This time I am sharing super delicious salad with prawns just to expand my salad menu.
This healthy dish is a great option for dinner or lunch. This salad is perfect for people who are on low-carb, keto diet or for anybody who is in the mood for a healthier meal alternative. Of course this recipe is also fantastic for pescetarian.

If I could I would make salads every day for dinner but my husband would probably divorce me. He always says that he is not a rabbit to eat grass (salad).
Anyway, making salads is so simple and effortless. For this recipe I fried prawns in butter and olive oil. Make sure you do not overcook prawns as they will be very rubbery. Then I have added homemade everything bagel seasoning. It all came together so nicely. The next step is to build your salad by adding green leaves on a plate together with peeled and sliced avocado, tomatoes and crumbled feta. After this I add prawns together with the dressing and finish the salad with a splash of lemon juice.

Delicious and filling salad with fried juicy prawns, salty feta, creamy avocado and sweet cherry tomatoes mixed with buttery everything bagel seasoning. Grab a plate of this easy salad and enjoy it as a healthy option for dinner or lunch.

I always recommend using a kitchen scale to weigh ingredients as it helps to achieve the best results. The US measurements in cups are the estimate and I can not guarantee the best results.
Arrange mixed leaves on a big plate.
Slice avocado and add on top, then add tomatoes cut into half.
Squeeze lemon juice on top and set aside.
On a medium pan, add butter and olive oil, heat it up.
Add prawns and everything seasoning and fry together for about 5 minutes. Stir quite often to make sure that all the flavours combine nicely.
Arrange prawns on top of the salad.
Drizzle the dressing from the pan on the salad.
Crumble feta cheese on top.
