Please find below tips, that will help to achieve the best results:

The texture of the meat is so juicy and tender, just make sure you do not overcook the meat :) When it comes to flavor , it is outstanding due to usage of aromatic tandoori spice, tangy yoghurt and tomato puree. All in all, the aroma is very mild and leaves a satisfying aftertaste in your mouth.

I love serving my skewers with aromatic South Indian lemon rice or crushed potatoes with dill and garlic. If you are looking for a low calorie and low-carb dinner idea, adding a small salad is also a good option. Oh, and I always add a dollop of Green yoghurt on the side of the meat it makes a wonderful tangy dip.
Another great idea is to chop the cooked meat and serve it with some vegetables in a fluffy naan bread.

Succulent and tender pieces of chicken breast marinated in yoghurt and mild tandoori curry seasoning. Great and easy idea for dinner or lunch for your family ready in 30 minutes.
Cut chicken breast into medium chunks and place it in a medium bowl.
Add olive oil and yoghurt and mix well, make sure that meat is fully coated.
Add minced garlic, spices and beetroot powder and stir all ingredients together until well combined.
Place the bowl in a fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Of course you can also cook your chicken right away (I always encourage marinating meat for better flavor and texture).
Skewer the meat on kebab sticks.
When you are ready to cook your meat, preheat your oven to 200C Fan (392 F) and cook kebabs for about 20 min, turning kebabs after 10 min.
Serve warm, enjoy!
