Why do we love potato bake with sour cream cheese and garlic?

This potato bake with sour cream, cheese and garlic is first of all loaded with garlic flavour. Ten cloves, yes! it is correct. I recommend using as many as ten cloves or more if you want. Do not be shy. In our house we believe that garlic is life, it is freakin' tasty and you do not have to worry about vampires. See, win-win :)

What else do I love about this potato bake? Hmmm, apart from its mazing taste and easy preparation, I love the fact that it can be made in advance. No more stress or pressure or standing in the kitchen for hours. Cook potatoes, even up to three days in advance, slice them, add sour cream, cheese and garlic and BOOM, your bake is ready to be baked whenever you need it.

How to make potato bake with sour cream cheese and garlic

Making this dish will require few steps but the effort is worth it. First you need to parboil potatoes. I usually cook mine for 6 minutes after the water starts boiling. Then I drain my potatoes and let them cool down completely. Next I slice it and mix with herbs and sour cream and cheese. Then the only thing left is baking the dish.
