HOW TO MAKE CONDENSED MILK COOKIES
I really like making condensed milk cookies, simply because this recipe never disappoints. The dough consistency is like play dough and is incredibly satisfying to work with. It is not sticky at all.
In order to make these milky-tasting cookies you only need to:
- Add all the ingredients into a medium bowl and combine all the ingredients until you get unified dough
- Chill dough in a fridge for an hour.
- Roll the dough and cut out the shapes of your choice.
- Bake cookies for about 10-12 minutes until just golden on the edges.
TIPS:
- Use room temperature butter, it will help to distribute butter evenly.
- These cookies do not spread so you can place them close to each other.
- Roll cookies the same thickness so they bake evenly.
- You can prepare cookie dough in advance and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.

WHAT DO THESE EASY COOKIES TASTE LIKE?
Condensed milk cookies taste great, they are not overly sweet and not bland at all. I would describe the flavor as milky and buttery.
The consistency is very nice. I would say it is medium. Cookies are not too soft and not too hard but have nice bite.
I recommend these easy cookies to everybody who is looking for a simple snack that everybody will love.

HOW TO STORE CONDENSED MILK COOKIES
- Store cookie dough in a fridge for up to 3 days or freeze it for up to 6 months.
- You can easily store these 3-ingredient cookies at room temperature for up to 10 days. I recommend storing them in a cookie box or other air-tight container.
- Feel free to freeze condensed milk cookies. Just put them in a freezer-friendly bag and freeze for up to 6 months.

Please read recipe post as well. It includes storage direction and other useful information.
I always recommend using a kitchen scale to weigh ingredients as it helps to achieve the best results. The US measurements in cups are the estimate and I can not guarantee the best results.
-
Add all the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until a unified dough forms.
-
Flatten the dough, wrap it into a cling film and place the dough in a fridge for about an hour.
-
Prepare 2 large baking sheets and line them with baking paper. Set aside.
-
When you are ready to bake, preheat your oven to 160C° fan (320F).

Sprinkle some flour on a working area and roll the dough 0.7cm thick. Using cookie cutters or a glass cut out the cookies and place them on the prepared baking sheets.
-
Bake cookies for 1-12 min until slightly golden on edges.

Let the cookies cool down for a minute or two and gently move them on a cooling rack.
