When marshmallow fluff is ready, start beating butter until light and fluffy, for about 10 minutes. Then start adding fluff, a spoon at a time. After adding all the fluff, keep mixing buttercream for another 2 minutes. Next add salt and mix for 2 minutes. This is it. Your buttercream is ready.
TIPS:
- Cream butter for at least 10 minutes. You will notice that the longer you cream butter, the whiter and fluffier it becomes.
- Make sure marshmallow fluff is completely cold before adding it. Otherwise butter will melt.

How to store marshmallow fluff buttercream frosting
I always recommend storing buttercream in an air-tight container in a fridge. It prevents buttercream from taking on any smells from the fridge. Store it the fridge for up to 5 days. This buttercream freezes well.
I would not recommend freezing this buttercream as marshmallow fluff does not like moisture. This is my personal experience. Please let me know if you had luck with freezing it.
