What does baked cod in garlic and tomato taste like?

Cod is a kind of fish that is very meaty and flaky. The texture is very firm and you can get an actual bite. Not many fish are like that. If you like meaty fish, cod is great! The sun-dried tomatoes make this topping tangy and sweet. Garlic adds loads of flavour and compliments tomatoes beautifully. The flavour of this dish is very mild, I mean it is not spicy al all.
