These crispy roasted potatoes pair wonderfully with pretty much every type of meat and fish and you will make your dinner a real pleasure. How to make crispy roasted Parmesan potatoes
In order to make this recipe you do not any special skills. You only need to preheat your oven, peel potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Next add oil, seasoning and Parmesan cheese and roast potatoes for about 30 minutes until golden and crispy.
TIPS:
- If you can, but Parmesan in one pieces and grate it at home. Pre-grated Parmesan does not melt the same way as it has additives like cellulose or calcium sulfate etc. These additives are supposed to prevent shredded cheese from clumping. This in turn may affect the final texture and taste of your dish.
- Make sure you cut potatoes in similar sizes. It will help potatoes to roast evenly.
- Do not forget to peel potatoes. This step is important, if you leave skin on potatoes will not crisp up.
- Select potatoes that are good for roasting: Yukon Gold, Maris Piper or Russets variety.

Crispy roasted Parmesan potatoes
This easy side dish will blow your mind. Crispy on the outside and fluffy in the inside. These wonderful potatoes coated in Parmesan cheese will become the best side dish you ever make.

I always recommend using a kitchen scale to weigh ingredients as it helps to achieve the best results. The US measurements in cups are the estimate and I can not guarantee the best results.

Preheat an oven to 200C Fan. (392F).

Prepare a large baking tray and line it with baking paper, set aside.

Cut potatoes into small pieces, transfer them into a large bowl.

Add olive oil and toss well.

Add salt, garlic powder, paprika and cayenne pepper, toss well.

Add Parmesan and toss well making sure all potatoes are evenly covered in cheese.

Transfer potatoes on the prepared tray, distribute potatoes evenly.

Add few more drops of olive oil on top and roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until soft but crispy. make sure you mix potatoes after first 15 minutes.
Note
Tips:
- Line tray with baking paper, as parmesan will burn and stick to the tray if you do not do it.
